Southend Comedy Club is Comedy Café Amsterdam’s youngest location in Amsterdam-Zuid! After years of being a fixture in the heart of the city, we’ve now opened a venue that offers even more possibilities: a bigger audience, more energy, and even more space for surprising evenings.

Public transport
From Amsterdam Central Station, take metro 51 towards Isolatorweg and get off at Amstelveenseweg station; from there, it’s about an 8–10 minute walk past the Olympic Stadium to IJsbaanpad 45.
From Amsterdam Zuid station, take metro 50 or 51 one stop to Amstelveenseweg station, or tram 24 towards De Boelelaan/VU and get off at IJsbaanpad; from there, it’s approximately a 5–10 minute walk to number 45.
By car
From North Holland
Drive via the A9 or A200 towards the A10 ring road and take the A10 South (direction Utrecht). Then take exit S108 (Oud-Zuid / Olympic Stadium) and follow the signs towards the Olympic Stadium. You will arrive on Amstelveenseweg; from there, it’s an easy drive to IJsbaanpad and number 45.
From South Holland
Drive via the A4 towards Amsterdam and at the De Nieuwe Meer junction, take the A10 South (direction Utrecht). Then take exit S108 (Oud-Zuid / Olympic Stadium) and follow the route to IJsbaanpad.
